Amy is a yoga therapist who offers personalized one-on-one sessions and small group classes. Her approach emphasizes growth and self-awareness through lived experiences. She guides through movement awareness, breath work, and mindfulness. Her gentle method encourages a full-body experience, fostering clarity and presence. Holding a Therapeutic Yoga Accreditation and a 500hrRYT Certification, Amy’s background includes an undergraduate degree in Applied Human Sciences from Concordia University. Passionate about wellness, her journey into yoga began after two concussions, leading her to Mindfulness Meditation. Amy’s education includes courses in Mindfulness Self Compassion and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, she will begin a two year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training program in February 2025.
